We have a well-established groundworks business, utilising a team of skilled and highly experienced professionals who exceed client expectations from receipt of the request for proposal through to handing back completed plots. Our customers include listed national house builders, privately owned regional housebuilders, education providers, housing associations and retirement property specialists. Our groundworks service is all-encompassing, including all types of foundations, retaining walls, de-watering services. We know that undertaking successful groundworks requires close partnering and collaboration with our clients and other trades.This is something Chasetown Civil Engineering take seriously.

Did you know?

In 2019 alone Chasetown Civil Engineering provided groundworks for over 1000 new homes, across 15 different clients, and the numbers are continually growing.

OUR GROUNDWORK PROJECTS

CASTLE DONINGTON INFRASTRUCTURE

2.4 kilometres of single carriageway road and four 278 works roundabouts at Back Lane, Short Lane, Park Lane & Hill Top.

NORTON HALL MEADOWS

The development will consist of 297 houses we are providing most of the roads, footpaths and sewers to the build, with an estimated value of £11.7 million.

KEON HOMES HEAD OFFICE

The head office will accommodate up to 30 employees and will include two high tech meeting rooms, break out areas and parking areas.

KILN MEADOWS RESIDENTIAL

The Taylor Wimpey collaboration includes roads and sewers along with large earthworks operations on this 120 dwelling site.
