Avant Homes is leading the development of a significant new residential project, with a total contract value of £17.5 million. This ambitious undertaking began in May 2019 and is set for completion by July 2025. The development will provide a modern and vibrant living environment, featuring 311 new residential plots, designed to meet the needs of families and individuals alike.

A key aspect of the project is the installation of essential infrastructure to support the new community. This includes the construction of 4,000 meters of storm and foul drainage, a new foul pump station, and a 500-meter rising main to ensure proper water management and sanitation across the development. Two ponds are also being constructed to enhance the landscape and manage water runoff effectively.

 

Transportation within the site is facilitated by 13,000km of new roads, providing smooth access to homes and the wider area. In addition, 4.5km of footpaths are being laid to ensure pedestrian connectivity throughout the development, promoting a safe and walkable environment for residents.
