Overview:

Chasetown Civil Engineering are excited to be working on this consortium housing development between Persimmon and Bloor Homes. The development will consist of 297 houses (187 by Persimmon, and 110 by Bloor Homes). Chasetown are providing most of the roads, footpaths and sewers to the build, with an estimated value of £11.7 million.

The project began in September 2018 with Persimmon, swiftly followed by Bloor Homes. The Bloor Homes development will be completed by summer 2020 with the Persimmon development being completed 1-2 years later.

The head office will accommodate up to 30 employees and will include two high tech meeting rooms, break out areas and parking areas.

KILN MEADOWS RESIDENTIAL

The Taylor Wimpey collaboration includes roads and sewers along with large earthworks operations on this 120 dwelling site.
