SALISBURY – LOVELL HOMES
Salisbury is an MOD development, consisting of over 900 plots including a full earthworks & infrastructure scheme.
Chasetown Civil Engineering are continuing to work along side Lovell Homes throughout this 3 location development, consisting of Bulford, Ludgershall & Larkhill, collaboratively tackling site complexities to ensure that the development will be executed in the most efficient manner over 2.5 years, producing over 26 units per week to meet these crucial deadlines.
Chasetown Civil Engineering are completing
- bulk earthworks undertaken to grade site;
- More than 40,000m2 of estate roads to Section 38 adoption;
- Extensive quantities of foul and of storm drainage respectively to Section 104 adoption;
- foundation and external works to more than 900 mixed private and social residential plots;
- Section 106 works to connect the development to the local infrastructure; and
- all site infrastructure including drainage and balancing ponds, and re-instatement of the local allotments.
