A Family-Run Business
Chasetown Civil Engineering was established by Noel Sweeney in 1974. We remain a privately owned company leveraging the benefit of over 40 years of industry experience and insight. We keep our clients at the centre of everything we do, remaining true to the founding principles on which the business was established. We view each project as part of an on-going relationship with our clients, listening to their needs, working proactively and collaboratively and always striving to exceed their expectations.
‘The SFA project at Beacon Barracks presented a huge challenge with both procurement and delivery. It was crucial that only subcontractors with appropriate credentials, resources, capability and commitment were on board to deliver homes at an unprecedented rate. Chasetown successfully delivered on time with great focus and commitment’
– John Leary, Operations Director, Lovell Homes

‘Chasetown Civil Engineering has a strong understanding that business is bigger than an individual job and that only people can make the business bigger than the sum of all of its parts. Their leadership drives a professional but familial approach to the welfare of both their own and also partner organisations’
– Keith Carnegie, Divisional Managing Director, Bovis Homes
Although innovation and expansion have changed the face of Chasetown, our core values have remained constant. Trust, commitment, confidence, loyalty, competition and integrity. Our projects start at land viability stage to give clients advice on design and complex groundworks issues, and we reduce risk for our clients with fixed priced solutions.
